012010

FOUNDATION

3DII begins with industrial X-ray software

3DII was founded in Seoul. The first commercial versions of the VX3D industrial 3D viewer and VX2D industrial 2D viewer were launched later that year.
022013

PRODUCT EXPANSION

Visualization grows into a broader inspection line

VX3D Second Edition introduced an advanced voxel analysis platform. The HADI family launched for general 2D inspection, and VX3D-based SIERA began exports to Japan.
032014–15

QUALITY & RECOGNITION

Industrial imaging technology earns wider recognition

3DII received the Korea Software Awards and software quality certification. HADI-iBoard Pro later received software quality certification and a ministerial award, while InspectDOM and updated VX3D and VXRE releases extended the portfolio.
042018

R&D MILESTONE

Selected among Korea’s R&D TOP 100

3DII was selected as a Korea Research & Development TOP 100 company. The year also included K-Global 300 selection and recognition from the Institute for Information & Communications Technology Promotion.

GLOBAL FIELDWORK

The inspection portfolio reaches more production settings

3DII continued presenting VX3D, VXRE, VXPI, and HADI through exhibitions, technical seminars, and overseas partners.
